Sylvia Yacoub of Muskegon, Michigan is making a name for herself in Los Angeles on the hit show The Voice.

Sylvia Yacoub is an Egyptian born musician from Muskegon, Michigan that was primed to flaunt her amazing vocal range.  This after years of challenges from cultural limits that kept from performing.  She clearly had a lot to give to the world and was awarded by having 3 chairs turn during her performance of Rihanna’s hit song.

Muskegon’s own “home girl” is destined for the stars as she has reached the final round of the competition.  Sylvia is a native of Norton Shores, which is in Muskegon, Michigan.  She attended Mona Shores high school before shining on  NBC’s hit reality music show The Voice.

In an episode that was shown on October 30th, she beat out other contestants for the prime position on the shows live showing and has been rising to the stars since.

November 12th, 2012:  Sylvia brought her A game with her covering of a difficult song in “My Heart Will Go On”.

The knockout round of the show is when the contestants punch each other in the face and see which one bleeds the most..

During the knock out phase, the participants of each team pick a song to perform and practice it for a week with their coach.  In Sylvia’s case, Christina Aguilera being Sylvia’s coach has worked with her and see her blossom and shine week after week.

Muskegon local Sylvia Yacoub Makes It Past The “Steal” Stays On Christina Aguilera’s team.

Muskegon has a new hometown hero on national television!  Sylvia Yacoub is a contestant on “The Voice” and she just made the cut.  Sylvia performed Rihanna’s ”Only Girl in the World”  to a roaring crowd on tonight’s episode of “The Voice.”

Sylvia received overwhelmingly positive feed back from all judges, yet opted to stick with Christina’s team.  Sylvia is focused and destined to become the next winner of “The Voice.”

Η Χρυσή Αυγή υποστηρίζει την πολιτισμική ανωτερότητα του ελληνικού έθνους και της λευκής φυλής. Σε έντυπα της, αναφέρεται ως ιδεολογία της οργάνωσης ο Ελληνικός εθνικισμός. Αντιτίθεται στη μετανάστευση (υποστηρίζοντας παράλληλα την απέλαση όλων των μεταναστών και Ρομά), στο Μαρξισμό, στην παγκοσμιοποίηση και στην πολυπολιτισμικότητα, εμφανίζοντας επίσης αντισημιτικές ιδεολογικές τάσεις.
